Everyone at Open Road Auto Group was great! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at ease and comfortable. Terrell did an amazing job working with us throughout the process. Felix, Mike, and Daniel were great to talk to, and Shavon was awesome through the financing stage. We came to Open Road Auto Group after having an unpleasant experience at another dealership earlier in the day, and we came home extremely happy with the service and experience!
Had a great experience at BMW of Morristown. Ronny DiMaggio was professional and very friendly. He was responsive and knowledgeable about the car we selected. Felicia Casale was helpful, funny, and probably should switch to decaf!! But she was great and made the finance process seamless. Thanks to both Ronny and Felicia for making a difficult decision a really pleasant experience. I'll be recommending them in the future!
