i am so sorry that i took so long to write this review, .i have been a patient for many years, but have not been able to get to your office lately . you are the best medical professionals!! everyone in the staff really cares for patients and i would highly recommend Orchard Medical. Special mention to Denise,office manager who is always pleasant & answers all my questions & concerns .I trust her advice unconditionally.

Wonderful practice. Everyone is caring and thoughtful, I've never felt so cared about in regards to Physicians and Physician's Assistants. Appointments are not hard to get and I've never waited long. I took off one star for the office phone system. You can't speak to a person when you call, you can only leave messages (unless urgent of course) and the voicemail will cut you off somewhere between 20-60 seconds at random it seems. More often than not I do not receive a call back, but instead a message in my on line portal, which never displays properly on my screen. If it wasn't for this, this office would be perfection in care. I'm still so very happy I switched and do recommend the office, just be prepared. Hopefully they will fix the phone issue soon.

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Joann Gualberti at Orchard Medical Group. Dr. Gualberti is incredibly thorough, attentive, and responsive. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them comprehensively. Her approach to patient care is both professional and genuinely caring. Additionally, the office staff is very friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Orchard Medical to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate primary care provider.

In response to "emailmydoc," how does one write such a baseless review and not have the nerve to leave their name! Dr. Joann is an exceptional, caring, and compassionate doctor. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. I will continue recommending orchard medical to my family and friends.

I was recommended by my cousin to Dr. Joann Gualberti many years ago so I could have a primary care doctor closer to me. She is an amazing doctor. She, first of all, makes you feel comfortable. She is very thorough, listens to your concerns, asks many questions, gives recommendations without being pushy. She does not rush you through your appointment. This is why I recommended her to my friend who feels the same way I do.
