Eric was amazing ! He was very communicative throughout his entire process and embroidered our tennis towels in time for our mini-tournament even with very limited time. The embroidery turned out beautiful and is still lasting us and looks brand new to this day (we got it done 3 months ago).
Excellent service. I needed a last minute t-shirt printed up and was greeted with friendliness and helpfulness. A color and font was chosen perfectly and the product was made quickly. I will definitely be going back for all personalized gift ideas. So many things to choose from.

Five stars and three cheers for Original Apparel LLC and Eric for taking on a last-minute, holiday embroidery request. It’s not easy to find someone who will embroider only *one* item. Bulk orders are, indeed, more lucrative but Eric’s attitude was yes and yes. His work and eye for detail are excellent and his courteousness and customer service are top notch. I asked if he would embroider a hat for my son with a font similar to something I saw online and he nailed it (see photo). You will find his design shop in a warehouse building at 1 South Main. It’s a second floor location (with an elevator) and it’s *well worth* the little bit of extra time it might take to patronize a *local* business rather than to order online (and FYI the online stores were unable to handle this request in time for Xmas). Go with *great* craft and craftsmanship at Original Apparel! Thank you so much again, Eric!
