Park Apartments

We really enjoy living here. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are nicely landscaped. It is located near major highways, but is it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Bordentown is only a mile away and has many good restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

I love this place. I moved to Park Apartments in April 2019, I couldn't ask for a more perfect place. Terry was so sweet and patient with me during the entire process. I had tons of questions. The community is quiet and well maintained. I would highly recommend this complex.

I'm going on my third year living here, and it's great. I didn't look into it initially because it was out of my price range, but after taking a look around. I reasoned that it was worth going over my budget. Here's what I like:
1. It's really quiet considering it's in the center of everything. If I had a bike Bordentown proper is close enough to ride to, and the entrances to 206, 130, 195, 295 and the turnpike are all really close. Even still, it's in the center of a wooded area, so you don't hear much.
2. Staff is responsive to any issues that we have.
3. The layout for the apartments is fantastic. Many apartments we looked at have weird layouts, these apartments have a good shape that was easy to work with in terms of designing for our space. We don't feel cramped, and (we're in a 1 bedroom) not having a hall like bathroom is awesome. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment is awesome as well.
4. Uniqueness. The outside of each apartment looks different. You feel like instead of apartments, it's a bunch of little duplexes. You can also plant your own flowers out front.
5. Safe and neighborly. I like to walk around the complex a lot and I feel safe enough to do that even as it's getting dark. Neighbors are friendly.

I only lived here for one year but enjoyed my stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and the staff very helpful.

I have lived here since Oct 2014 and love it. It's nice and quiet, spacious, great admin and maintenance staff, great location, and affordable. Highly recommended!
