Going on four years living at Pointe Breeze now and I could not recommend the property more! The apartments are spacious, the property is well-maintained, and staff Kevin & Diane go above and beyond for the residents - any maintenance requests or issues are always resolved same-day. Pointe Breeze is a great place to live!!
I had to move for my job quickly from Tennessee to New Jersey and Point Breeze was not only accommodating, but very flexible and helping me. I stayed for a year and found it to be quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is incredibly efficient. I I highly recommend this complex!
I lived here for one lease term and I gave them 4 stars only problem I had was I wish there was more kids the property is very quiet , no loud music etc. The rent is also very reasonable. The office staff (Diane & maintenance ) are good as well. They also upgraded a few things on the property too.
I love living here. I’ve been a resident for 3 years now and it’s been wonderful. Maintenance is AMAZING and always responds in a timely manner. The grounds are kept clean and the noise is minimal. It’s a great place for families & definitely a place I enjoy calling Home.
