She always is thorough and runs through every option for difficult cases, with no judgment and so much respect and kindness. And it’s obvious she loves your pets.

We have been seeing Dr. Smith and the team at Parker Creek for about 4 years now and have nothing but excellent things to say. Dr. Smith always goes out of her way to make our anxious Bernese Mountain Dog feel as comfortable as possible during every one of his visits. We have never felt rushed, and every single question that we’ve had has been answered with clear expertise.

Over the past six months or so, our pup’s health began declining, we received excellent care throughout this time from Dr. Smith. After some time, the treatments were no longer helping and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down. Dr. Smith and her team came to our home for this, a preferred option for us due to our pup’s anxiety at the vet. She did this after her day of patients on a Saturday evening. This made everything anxiety-free and peaceful for our sweet pup.

Dr. Smith and the team at Parker Creek go above and beyond to care for our pets, as I’m sure they do for all their patients. A vet that really makes you feel like they know and love your pet (almost) as much as you do.

I just have to give a shout out to Dr Smith and the entire team at Parker Creek. I've been using them for the last several years for all three of my pets. My appointments are never rushed and Dr Smith always takes the time to have meaningful discussions with me during my time there. She is gentle when handling my pets and I trust her completely with their care. She performed my dogs neuter and one of my cats dental cleanings and everything went smoothly. Recently one of my cats became ill and unfortunately they were not able to see us. We ended up at another local vet we have used before and also received excellent care. Dr Smith took time out of her day to call me to check on my cat and also go over his test results. It was just so touching for her to reach out on her own time to look after a pet she hadn't been able to see and expressed her genuine concern for his health. I am so thankful for the support and care I have received from Parker Creek and am forever grateful that my pets have such wonderful professionals looking after them.

Dr. Smith and the whole staff at Parker Creek are the absolute BEST! Your appointment is never rushed. Dr. Smith makes sure to spend time answering any questions, checking in on everything that’s been going on, and providing input on ways to help your animal be as happy as possible. My dog actually cries in excitement when he gets there because he loves her. The nurses and front desk staff are also so warm and kind. They return any calls or emails promptly. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We drive 35 min to get there and it is absolutely worth it.

Dr. Smith and her staff are wonderful. We brought our new puppy and Dr. Smith was so knowledgeable and would have spent hours with us. Nancy at the front desk was also incredibly helpful with her knowledge of Goldendoodles.
