By far my best vet experience ever!! From making an appointment to coming in just so they could show me how to give my cat insulin once she was diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. D was amazing with answering my questions and giving information about my cat that I didn’t even think to ask and just making me feel okay (I was very worried about my Luna). All the staff was fabulous. This will be my forever vet from now on. The prices were better than my old vet as well. A friend of mine recommended this place because of how much she likes them and their prices. Thank you Pathways to Wellness. You are doing a phenomenal job. I almost forgot, they even called me just to check on us! 😻

MATTED KITTY! 16-yo Cricket is a relatively new patient at Pathways. Dr. D has given him great care for his thyroid. Maybe the meds caused his “winter coat” to come in differently ~ for the first time in all his years, his fur became rapidly matted. Unfortunately, the only option was to shave him (sparing his beautiful mane and fluffy tail!). It was a rough day at the office, but after a new ‘do and a mani/pedi, Cricket was spoiled with his favorite treat (McD’s fries!) and is back home happily purring. Grateful to Dr. D and staff for their excellent (and non-judgmental!) care of my elderly, cranky kitty.

I came here to get a second opinion on my 5 year old Springer Spaniel’s teeth after being quoted a couple grand for cleaning and two teeth needing to be extracted at our primary vet (which didn’t seem right to me whatsoever). I called on a Friday around 4:30pm and they got me in for an appointment Monday afternoon at 4 which was awesome! The staff was nice and they took a lot of time to make my dog comfortable and get to know her before beginning her oral exam, which was also very thorough and carefully done. Come to find out ZERO teeth need to be extracted and she doesn’t even need a cleaning!!! The prices were extremely fair for the exam and I’m so happy that no one tried to “sell” me anything. You can see the staff truly cares about both owners and pets and aren’t there for your money. It was such a positive experience that this place went from second opinion to now our primary vet for all our pets! Very impressed with the staff and caring culture here! Special thank you to Dr. D!!!

Dr. Cobb and her techs brought our 5yr old pitbull Jones back from his death bed to full health. He was suffering with a pancreatitis that two other vets not only failed to identify and treat but showed little if any compassion to him or us although they certainly charged enough money. Jones was completely debilitated not moving, barely opening his eyes or moving having lost a 1/5th of his body weight. We were losing hope and researching home euthanasia options. On his 10th day of not eating or moving we found Dr. Cobb and it was touch and go for a few days but she kept checking in to see how he was responding to the course of action and made adjustments as needed. On about day 13 he began to stabilize and then improve slowly. Now three weeks on he is fully back to himself, almost off his meds, putting weight back on and looking forward to his daily walks, playing ball, and always under our feet at every turn:) Thank you Dr. Cobb, Jessie, Kim, and Bernadette as you all helped bring Jones back to be a part of our family hopefully for many more years.
