Recently, my daughter's cat ingested a "linear foreign object" and had to be rushed to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital (Penn Vet Ryan Hospital). On a Sunday night, I reached out to Dr. Bill Petit at home for a second opinion. Even though the cat was not yet his patient, he took the time to thoroughly explain what to expect from surgery and shared his professional opinion on the likely outcome. His guidance was detailed, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation.
Since then, not only has this cat become his patient, but Dr. Petit has also earned my continued respect and appreciation.
Additionally, I've had his daughter, Dr. Jeanette Petit, and she seems to be following in the Petit tradition- excellent care coupled with true compassion.
Had a new patient visit today with my cat Bandit and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, it was nice and clean and I was really satisfied with the services. Dr Ricca and Corrine were so gentle with my cat I don’t even think he knew what was going on. Very glad I found them and will continue to use them in the future!
Saved our Lab's life, Daisy. 4 years ago she was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and suggested we have her put down... Dr. Petite saw her as we wanted a 2nd opinion. Turned out to be a skin allergy and she will be 12 next year.
Love them and the vets. I use Dr Jeanette and it doesn't get any better.
I cant say enough bout this practice. They care about each and every animal.
