I ordered online and had it delivered. I ordered for a neighbor and I. From the app menu, boneless spare ribs(neighbor) fried wontons, me. Soup, LG wonton, me with an extra bag of crispy noodles, charged $1 for them.( NOT in order)

Side note: asked for a LITTLE extra gravy. I did NOT receive it. See, I get 2 nights dinner out of the soup and the egg foo young. The rice AND gravy used to be enough. Then they shrunk the container for the gravy.
Well, this order arrived, I noticed the rice container shrunk.
The prices went up, and the amount of gravy and rice went down. The brown rice was UNDERCOOKED, very hard. The pork looked weird it was pink, like the color on imitation crab meat. Every piece, all the way through.
Not sure on the flavor either. This is the first time I have had their Pork EFY, I usually get the shrimp EFY.
I will say, I think Peking Kitchen still edges out China Town, here in Whiting.
A place to do takeout, counter ordering. I wouldn't eat there really Interior needs a refresh. Wobbly tables, busted chairs, neglected bathrooms, dirty ceiling fans. Interior decorations are an afterthought. Food was...fine, but plating and presentation needs attention.
Peking Kitchen has a wonderful variety of food options, all of which are served hot and fresh! Their egg rolls are yummy, and totally packed with the goods. I’m always satisfied and full after eating one of their delicious meals! The owners are also very kind, welcoming, and chipper!
Tried Peking tonight for the first time with my family!!!! It was worth the drive to get it and it won’t be our last time!
Absolutely clean restaurant, owners/cashier wearing masks and there’s a sheet up for COVID!
Food was absolutely amazing, was seasoned well and still HOT on our 15 minute ride home, so we know everything we ordered was made to order!!!
My picture of my food was food already eaten, it was full to the BRIM!! Couldn’t wait to eat lol and everyone else ate their food too quick to even take pictures of their own food!!
Just A FYI they don’t take American Express, it’s a small business so we completely understood!!
We can’t wait to order something different next time!!
