Fantastic response, work and follow-up.
I would like to thank Ricardo, Pete and Jason for ,within the span of 4 days, coming by 3 seperate times for the purpose of assisting us while our house recovers from a pipe-break. Extremely fast response during the peak cold season with a massive storm coming up. Can't recommend enough, thanks again guys!
Right after Christmas we had a clogged toilet. I thought it may have been part of a larger issue. I contacted Pelicano Plumbing and they arrived at my house within 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo. Ricardo was very nice and assured us the clog was only in the pipe of the toilet. He was able to fix the toilet quickly. Fast, professional service on our water heater—on the Friday of a holiday weekend. They quickly identified and resolved the problem, and were upfront about costs and variables for our WH now and in the future.

I am writing this after getting a very reasonable estimate from Pelicano for work to be done at my mom’s house. Riccardo was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He did a complete examination of all the toilets and plumbing and o feel very confident in his diagnosis because of how well he explained everything.
