I called and left a message for Steven from Pinelands in the morning with a concern that our water had suddenly become salty. I thought we would need to have a service visit. Within 1 hour I had a call back and Steven simply diagnosed the problem over the phone. He could have charged a visit or service fee to come out, but instead just offered a quick solution. Not many businesses like this around anymore, but thankfully I found Pinelands.
Installed new water softener for us, even pulled out small area of flooring under the softener that I had mentioned i wanted out. Great service and pricing!

Great experience! Steve is a smart factual guy and installed what was the best water treatment for my house at the right price. Showed up for the consult and install on time and finished at the time promised. Re-piped my sprinkler system feed and all. No more stains in my sink/tub and the install looks great!
