Ping's Spa

Mei gave me a great massage, she walked all over me and I loved every minute of it .

After a massage at Pings spa, I feel some relief on back pain. Therapist Cicy was amazing. They took the time to understand my specific needs and focused on the areas that were causing me the most discomfort. The deep tissue massage was intense, but in a good way. I left feeling more flexible, and with significantly less pain. Giving 4 star because despite making booking they took someone else before me at that time so I had to wait for 30 minutes.

I was in the area and called Ping's with 15 minutes notice if they had an opening for a 60 minute Swedish massage. They did, so I headed over there. I was greeting kindly and guided to a room. I got undressed to my comfort level and waited on the table. May came in and I told her I just wanted a full body massage for relaxation. She walked on my back and gave me an excellent massage. She was always concerned that she was giving me the proper pressure and made sure she was doing what I requested. Overall, I am very pleased with the treatment and will certainly go there again. Safe to say I will never return back here. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but this massage place was the worst I have gone to. For one, the lady who did my massage kept leaving the room to help guest at the front and/or to stop and answer the phone. Now, I did not mind this till I realized my massage ended a few minutes early. If anything, a few extra minutes should have been added due to her constant pausing and leaving the room. The massage also ended and I was so oiled up, she did not even wipe my arms or back down. I had to actually ask for a rag at the front desk to do so myself. Lastly, the massage itself was not great, pretty mid. It is so silent in the place, no music, no air flow- you hear every conversation. It was not relaxing and seems like this place has no massage experience. The only reason I did not give this place a 1 star was because the lady was sweet, just an awful massage place.
