I cannot recommend Pinkel Funeral Home enough. Losing our beautiful Melissa was overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Alexis was incredibly professional, transparent about costs, and went above and beyond in every way. She truly took the weight off our shoulders during this incredibly sad time.

I cannot say enough about the care and compassion shown by Alexis and her mom during one of the most painful moments of my life and my families lives. From our first conversation, she treated us with empathy, patience, and genuine understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made sure every detail was handled with dignity and respect. Her kindness brought comfort when we all needed it most. Alexis is truly exceptional, and I am forever grateful for her support.

We entrusted Alexis from Pinkel to handle my brother’s remains after his unexpected passing, and she did so with the utmost respect and care. Alexis truly understood my need to have my brother blessed following his untimely death and thoughtfully arranged for Father Jan to not only provide a blessing, but to celebrate a full Mass in his honor. During an incredibly difficult time, her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail brought our family great comfort. I lost my grandmother recently. This is the first major loss I have experienced in my life, and nothing is worse than losing someone you love. Our experience with Pinkel Funeral Home could have very easily made this process even worse, but the director and her staff did the exact opposite. They handled this process with the perfect balance of kindness, levity, and respect.

Alexis helped make every decision as easy as possible and always kept our wishes and practically, our budget, in mind. Pinkel helped lay my grandmother to rest in the way she would have wanted. They handled all of the hard parts of the process so we could have more time and energy to handle our grief. Everything was handled the way my grandmother wanted, and we have Pinkel to thank for that.
