P.J. Whelihan's Pub + Restaurant - Medford Lakes

Not crowded, sat in a big booth. Next to windows. Menu looked different but all the meals I liked were listed. Usually order Mediterranean salad, but tried a different salad-one with avocado, sugared nuts, chicken, mixed greens, fresh strawberries
and an orange poppyseed dressing. My partner ordered the same thing which was a good thing because the avocado was missing from my salad and she doesn't care for avocado so I took hers. We didn't have dessert.

After having had a rough day and week I was greeted by the most lovely, cheerful, and warm server named Angela. Remove the last A in her name and she really was an angel! She was so kind and uplifting and did an excellent job serving, especially considering all the other clients she had. I would just like to thank her and commend her to Management. You don’t always get such warm and exceptional service and I really Appreciate all she did. PJs in Medford is better having added Angela to their already wonderful team!!

Been coming here for yrs never had an issue. They are very knowledgeable for people who are gluten free or have celiac disease. The gl wings are great & they're baked so no shared fryer. U can get fries & they almost taste like the others but baked instead. Our server this time was Courtney & she was lovely great attitude. TY! 😁

From the moment we sat down, Kiara made us feel welcome with her warm smile and upbeat attitude. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed while letting us enjoy our time together.
Her attention to detail was impressive — drinks were always topped off, food came out exactly as ordered, and she anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Beyond her professionalism, Kiara radiated genuine kindness and made the entire experience feel personal.
If you’re dining at PJ Whelihan’s, I highly recommend you ask for Kiara. She will make sure your experience is not just a meal, but a great time!

Good food first and foremost. Not too pricey and the sizes are pretty good. Most of the appetizers are suites best for 2-3 people in my experience. They have televisions all around the inside of the building playing all types of sports. If you want to hangout with friends and watch a sports event this would not be a bad place to go. I mean like seriously wall to wall TVs. Always one to watch from any seat. The service is quick and the waiters have always been nice in my experience. I recommend it!
