I ordered the Shrimp Cassava Leaf and really enjoyed it. The flavor was bold and spicy in a very satisfying way, and the portion size was generous. There was plenty of rice, which was filling, though I would personally love a bit more cassava leaf next time. I recommend asking for extra when ordering, but even as it comes, the dish is absolutely worth it. Great taste and great value.
There was a worker there getting yelled at by some woman who was threatening her. The worker continued to be assertive, courteous and respectful, trying to process the refund while only saying "relax, calm down". She never lost her cool, she never got aggressive, she didn't get passive. Once the woman threatened to hurt her, the worker just calmly and confidently said "You can't hurt me." Never called the police, never got angry, just continued processing the refund and telling the woman to calm down. From what I've seen, most people call the police or get aggressive, or shut down, don't speak and quickly refund them. But this worker, Bellz, has the patience of a saint and is truly special. I needed to share this with everyone because I've seen nothing like it before.
My honest review is wow. I had fufu and eugisi, it had a burst of flavor. The portion size is crazy huge and the beef sticks are so juicy and well seasoned! I enjoyed my meal, and the worker was so nice, she recommended me for my first time there. Won’t be my last, I’m ready to try the fried spinach. Mmmm, only downside is that food is spicy as hell lol my mouth burning but other than that, 10/10!!
Precious Kitchen is hands-down the most authentic Liberian food I’ve had outside of my Aunt Joanne’s kitchen. The flavors are rich, bold, and exactly how I remember them growing up. The taste and quality are top-tier, and the spice level is perfect—just the right kick without overpowering the dish.
The customer service is warm and welcoming, and the food comes out quickly, which I really appreciate. Every bite took me straight back to my childhood, reminding me of my aunt’s cooking and just how much I miss her and those meals filled with love.
If you’re looking for true Liberian comfort food, Precious Kitchen is the place. It feels like home.
First time having fufu and egusi. LOVED IT. So good and ethnic
