Ciera, Nelly and Dr. Morris were the best! The office was spotless and they couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable.

I had such an enjoyable experience. The office is beautiful and the staff is amazing! Ciera, the front desk assistant, Elijasah, the medical assistant and Dr. Morris were all very professional, friendly and fab!!

The service of this Podiatry center is as superb as the design of the location is beautiful- very!!!.
Even before I entered the office, I was able to receive amazing over the phone assistance from the receptionist Paola, who confirmed my insurance and worked with me to send check-in forms to my email. Even when complications arose with my check in at the site, she was very patient guiding me through the process and waiting on me to complete my forms. When I was met with a wait time, I was offered delicious tea and coffee options to choose from and even helped by one doctor to work the coffee machine. She was very kind and patient for the entirety of our interaction, which I was extremely appreciative of.

When I finally got into the back room, the medical assistant Nelly, was also very kind. She offered me water and she asked all the important and necessary questions and responded to my answers with sincere care and genuine compassion. She was also gentle and informative per her guidance on how to stand for foot and ankle x-rays.
Finally, the experience I had when I got to see the actual podiatrist- Dr.Morris- was also amazing. She examined my feet and asked me questions regarding the information Nelly had input. She was also very gentle during physical tests and patient with me when I found it hard to relax. She also explained the diagnosis of my feet pretty well, as well as what medications she was putting me on and why, and how to properly use them. I also found it exceptional that she checked that the meds she were putting me on didn't interfere with any other meds I was taking.
All in all the experience was perfect, especially for someone with social anxiety, who is not used to coming to doctors appointments alone. All staff members are caring, welcoming and patient, which I believe are important characteristics for any practice to have. I am grateful to have had this experience and am excited for my next appointment in three weeks!

Dr. Morris and Natalia were so nice and listened to my concerns too. The front desk receptionist was very friendly fly and so nice too very welcoming. The office is beautifully decorated and all equipment is new too. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
