Prime One Physical Therapy

I have been suffering from lower back pain for two years. Recently came across Dr. Navi based on the reviews and decided to consult with her. Had been to several doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractor, physical therapist in the past two years with no improvement in my condition. Dr. Navi has been god sent, I have had a few sessions and I already feel improvement in my pain. She is very knowledgeable and gives undivided attention to her patients. She has a very kind demeanor and her goal is to get the patient well on their way to recovery. I am, for the first time feeling optimistic that there may be some hope in improving my chronic pain.

About 6 months ago my son’s pediatrician noticed an asymmetry of his back during a routine scoliosis exam. We began seeing Navi after a recommendation by his pediatric orthopedist. After 4 months of therapy with Navi we found out that my sons’s curve of his spine was corrected by 5 degrees!!! We owe this to Navi’s wonderful healing hands!!!. She educated us on how to properly sit, stand and how to stretch our bodies back to health. Navi is kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. We are forever grateful to her for helping our son achieve this beautiful posture and for giving us the knowledge on how to keep us all standing tall ! What a difference the therapy with Navi has made. I would recommend seeing Navi to anyone. She is a wonderful physical therapist and a great person for caring so much about her patients .

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Navi! She provides thorough care and is very straight forward and honest with her approach while still obtaining a fantastic bedside manner. Within the first 15 minutes of assessing my 9 month infant with his upper body strength, she was able to calm my nerves while reassuring me and also providing guidance. It’s nice to find a doctor that are good at what they do while also being patient and very kind. I highly recommend Dr Navi!

Dr. Navi is the best! I really appreciated her knowledge and the one-on-one attention. I really like her small quiet office. I have been to other therapists who work on multiple patients at a time, or just put you on a machine. I felt much better after just a few visits.

Navi is a fantastic physical therapist that provides individually tailored therapy. This is not one of those therapy clinics that sets you on a machine and leaves you there. She pends time with each patient each and every visit. My recovery from ACL replacement surgery has gone quicker than expected and even my surgeon is amazed. Highly recommend!!
