Ray Rooter Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement and Repair

Steve has been doing periodic maintenance pressure cleaning on our 300 foot sewer that is shared by four houses on a private street in Bergen County. Before we engaged his service we were having our sewer cleared of tree roots 3 times a year by the use of a mechanical root cutter. Steve came along and recommended a high pressure water treatment that turned out to be less wear and tear and much more effective in clearing out the roots. Also the price of this process has been much less than the old rotor cutting blade approach. We are now at a stage of only having to do this maintenance cleaning every three years. Steve has been very professional, honest, fairly priced, and prompt. You can’t go wrong with calling on Ray Rooter plumbing for your plumbing needs..my three neighbors and I really do agree that Steve is the best out there.

Most professional contractor I have ever delt with. Showed up on time for the Free Estimate. Had up to date, high tech camera equipment. Found the problem. Scheduled me for repair and again, showed up on time. Went above and beyond, house is better than new! He and his crew worked on the hottest day in over 100 years... and didn't leave until the job was perfect. AMAZING experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. Needs 100 stars.

He was professional, honest, and clearly explained that the problem was beyond his scope and would require involvement from the city. I had a cracked/broken sewer line. Steve from Ray Rooter came to clean the line so we can get a good look at it then ran a liner through it to prevent any tree roots from getting back in there. Steve was very professional and was always willing to hop on a call to explain what work was needed, and why. The work was done as efficiently as possible and with minimal disturbance.
