I was hesitant going into our transaction to sell Ryan my house. I had lived in my house for 42 years, and remembered pretty much nothing from when it was purchased in 1983. Ryan made things easy and as painless as possible. He was respectful and considerate. He worked around my lack of technical kmowledge (with the help of my 2 sons). It was really nice not having people traipse thru the house while I was still living there.

He did not postpone closing or complain about anything in the house. He really did, take the house "as is". Selling your home to Ryan is not a scam, he really bought it and seemed very happy.
