My delivery was perfectly swell. Christmas Eve I arrived and checked in before 06:30. Pu at door 235. Deliveries go around to the back of the warehouse, follow truck route signs to door 136 for del. All employees I interacted with at pu side and del side were nice and professional, including forklift operators and the yard mover who helped me with directions. Once you check-in they will call you with a door. After you back into the dock you must remove red air line and bring your seal inside, wear a vest because you must stay inside while unloading. Restrooms are available inside. Overnight parking possibly, not sure. Unloading time is fast for a full truckload. My appointment was 7am and I departed before 07:30.
I went there with trepidation as the reviews are almost all bad. I was 4 hrs early. The front desk guy was very nice and had quite a sense of humor. The Polish lady with him was very nice, as was the guy that loaded me inside the Warehouse. Had a door straight away and loaded complete 2 hrs early - fantastic!!!!!!!
About 5-6 hours to load , must watch them
Load you , must pay for pallets they give you , make sure to have a safety vest .
