Our experience with Marius and Renewvation Contracting was amazing. I interviewed a few different contractors for our deck replacement project and chose Renewvation because Marius really listened to us. He helped us think through the various design possibilities and materials and we ended up with a beautiful deck. Marius is proactive, patient, and a great communicator. His crew’s attention to detail is faultless. We can’t wait to hire them again.

We were beyond fortunate to work with Marius and the team at Renewvation Conctracting. We had a basic concrete basement that was functional as a laundry space and storage area. We wanted to finish it to create an additional guest space/entertainment area, but also preserve the laundry area and storage. Renewvation delivered on everything we wanted, and more. The price was right, Marius was very thorough and communicative throughout the entire job, and the team was attentive and efficient. The job came in at estimate, early, and exceeded all expectations…the dream scenario. We love our new basement and are already looking forward to our next project with Marius and Renewvation. Marius is reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, polite, and incredibly talented. You really can’t ask for more in a contractor. He and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave us an entirely new deck complete with a cedar pergola. We worked with the mason and electrician who Marius recommended and the collaboration went smoothly. Our architect originally recommended Marius to us for the project and now we know why!

Marius and his team are really talented, precise and easy to work with. I am a design professional with many (many) years in. This was some of the best work I have been able to give a client. Marius and his team at Renewvation Contracting did an amazing job with our new kitchen installation!
