My girlfriend and I decided to go with a different apartment building, but I did want to at least give my appreciation for Alicia. She did a wonderful job during my tour of Ridgedale Gardens, answered all my questions in a very straightforward manner, and was very timely during our discussions. While the unit we looked at wasn’t for us, it’s very apparent they are under good management at the Ridgedale Gardens.

I have lived here over 23 years. I have had good years here. I enjoy it here. I like my apartment. The apartments are all different, depending on what you are looking for. They have done some work on the grounds for the tenants such as: New Laundry Rooms, Playground Area for the children, BBQ in the summer for everyone to share & New Fitness Room. So it's even better to live here. The Supers are a good family, Alicia is very professional, helpful & pleasant with whatever you need. The Landlords Office Staff is professional, helpful & pleasant with your needs too, especially Jennifer. I hope you will check these apartments out for yourself.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have lived in many apartment complexes from Florida to Hawaii and the management here is great. The office lady Alicia is very kind and goes out of the way to help you. The maintenance people here work very hard and are very good about snow related issues and things you might need fixed. They operate same day most of the time which is light-years ahead of other places I have been. I've lived there 1.5 years and really like it thus far.

I lived here for about 2 years and just moved out because of excessive noise level from an Indian family (Apt. 86) who lived above us. Hopefully they are being kicked out when their contract is ended. Anyway, we moved out just about a month before the contract ended.

    Good things:

1/ Safe place in a safe area. We had no problem or worry about working about the apartment complex or area at midnight or early in the morning.
2/ Very helpful and friendly staffs. If you need helps, just give them a call. We had no electricity by some reasons on Friday night. About 10 minutes after the emergency call to the main office, a guy came over to fix it. They cut grass every week, cleaned up the snow immediately after it stopped snowing, ...
3/ Alicia, who is the manager/receptionist, is very friendly and kind person. She would do her best to help you out, just kindly ask her.
4/ Parking is almost unlimited. The spots in the front of your apartments are yours. No problems at all if you have several guests visiting you at the same time.
5/ Most people living in this complex are very polite and friendly.

    Bad:

1/ Be careful when you sign the contract.Make sure you are aware of this. You are required to pay the rent until your apartment will be rented to someone else beside a fine of $1000 if you break the contract early. For example, you have a contract with them for a year, from 10/2014 until 10/2015. For some reason, you have to move out in 8/2015. First, you have to pay $1000 for breaking the contract. Secondly, you have to pay the rent for the months of 9 and 10/2015 if your apartment is not rented to someone else. Is this weird?
2/ This may happen at any apartment, but I wish you to be aware of the noise level. In general, it is very quiet and nice place to live. But if your rent a first floor apartment, make sure that the people who live above you do not make too much noise. The management cannot help you at all even you are complaining people living above you always run like crazy at 2 AM in the morning.
3/ This is not a real bad thing. The price is slightly higher than other places, but it is not much. You will see the differences.
