Great place to live! My Wife and I spent 2+ years here and we loved it. very conveniently located, great sized apartments and a great leasing department! Don't look anywhere else.
The place is great ,clean and their maintenance team that's always working hard takes really good care of the facility . All of them are great especially the super Amado , he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in great working condition. His friendly, positive attitude makes him a pleasure to have here . I truly appreciate his hard work and whenever I needed help he has always been there for me in a timely matter , five stars all the way!
I have lived at The Landings at Riverwalk in Elmwood Park since January 2024. The best part of living here is having Amado as the Superintendent. Amado is attentive and very responsive to the maintenance needs of the residents. He is always willing to go above and beyond. His friendly and outgoing personality makes it delightful to engage with him. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a tremendous asset to this community. The team here is very fortunate to have him as a leading member. Thank you Amado for all you do.
We have made the best memories at this apartment over the last 2 years. Where do I even begin? The entire staff of Riverwalk are amazing people! We felt so safe and comfortable living here. Danny and Jerry are THE most hard working people you will ever encounter. Khushali was extremely patient and helpful when we were initially looking at apartments. She found us the most ideal unit. I work from home and our 1 bedroom with loft was perfect for us and very spacious. Khushali, Pete, and Will genuinely care about each and every tenant and promptly reply to all messages. There is a 24/7 emergency line, the property is very well maintained and sooo clean! The Butterfly app for entry access, deliveries, and guest was easy to use. Parking was convenient for both us and our guests. Even with pets and babies, there is no noise issues and it is peaceful. We also have the most beautiful view of the river/trees/birds/sunset. We are really sad to leave due to new job opportunities. We have been looking for new apartments and trust me, nothing compares to this place.
