After Superstorm Sandy our office need to be completely rebuilt.
Bob helped us with the design, apply for permits and get us back
in our new building in a very timely manner. All of the subcontractors that he uses are efficient and professional. He takes pride in his work and has very high standards. I would definitely recommend hiring Robert Downey General Contractor for new construction and remodeling.
Mr. Downey and his Construction Team built an addition to my home. He expanded my home by adding two (2) rooms plus enlarged my kitchen. My kitchen and downstairs bathroom were gutted and a total remodel was completed on both rooms. His Construction Team completed all of the electrical work, cabinet hanging, floor installation, tile installation, etc. I also had new windows and a new roof installed at that time. I had a terrific working relationship with Mr. Downey, his Construction Team and his Administrative Assistant, Erin Kasoff. The construction work that was completed at my home was excellent and done in a timely manner. I sincerely appreciate everything that Mr. Downey and his Team did to get my addition, remodeling, etc. finished at a very reasonable expense.
I used Robert Downey for an addition is 2015. They were extremely easy to deal with and delivered on everything that we planned. All work was completed beyond our expectations. He came as a recommendation from a friend, I have recommended him to many others.
Bob and his crew were amazing to work with. They were professional every step of the way. They were efficient and finished the project before our projected deadline.
