Shawn and Rick came by today and installed a new furnace and AC unit and it went absolutely flawlessly. They were friendly, helpful, informative and quick. They even pointed out things that I need to look out for in the future and fixed a completely separate issue that I didn’t even know was an issue! They walked me through the new thermostat system and made sure I understood everything before they left. The whole process from meeting with Mr. Holland to discuss the options, to the quick scheduling, to install, it was all seamless. It was a big decision to make and my husband and I feel confident that we made the right decision to go with Rostron.

From start to finish, I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Rostron Premium Home Services and their staff. Joey worked with me to outline various system options for a conversion from oil to gas/heat pump. The pros and cons of each were shared and all my many questions answered. Shaun, Christian, and Giang were the amazing team that took out the oil furnace and installed the new systems. Their attention to detail was phenomenal - there's even a pocket for the installation manuals! Day 1 of the conversion/install occurred on a cold day of the year and they worked hard to get the heat up and running so we wouldn't have to use the (provided) heaters overnight. After completion on Day 2 (it was a big job!), Shaun took the time to explain each system and very patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. If the team I worked with is any indication of the remainder of the staff, and the care and quality that goes into all their jobs then I am looking forward to a continued relationship with Rostron Premium Home Services for future HVAC, electric, and plumbing needs. Evan was out technician. He was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done with our air conditioning unit. He worked diligently and took the time to explain what was needed.
