I chose Royal Rooter because of the positive reviews I read on line and was not disappointed. They were easy to schedule, prompt, and thorough. Our technician, Emanuel, took his time to check the issues I had, made the necessary repairs, and also made some really good recommendations for ongoing maintenance. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend Royal Rooter!
We had a clog in our kitchen sink a few days before we were due to host Thanksgiving. We had tried to fix it on our own, but realized this called for a professional. Saimir arrived to our home in under an hour after our initial call. He fixed the problem in 45 minutes. He also cleaned up the mess that comes with unclogging a sink. He very kind and professional. Ervis did a wonderful job. I needed two toilets and four valves installed and went out of his way to get the job done. He made us feel very comfortable with going with him and his abilities. Also, his rates are fantastic for the quality too!
I called this plumbing company first thing in the morning around 8am, and they were able to schedule someone the same day between 10am–1pm. Desart arrived right on time at 10:30 and got straight to work. The issue was in my kitchen sink drain, and he ended up needing to use a heavy-duty snake, which added a bit to the cost—however, it was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and the fact that everything is now working perfectly, including my sink and dishwasher.
Desart was professional, efficient, and thorough. He not only fixed the issue quickly, but he also cleaned the area under my sink before leaving, which I really appreciated.
