Went here for the first time yesterday and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The salon itself is very cool, love the style of the place. I had a haircut appointment with Sydney who was absolutely wonderful super sweet and talented (all the staff I interacted with were fantastic actually). Thank you to Tori as well who came in with an assist at the end, you all were lovely I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Tori did an amazing job with my color and haircut. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. She explained each product she used, which I really appreciated. I was also able to get an appointment right away, which was a great bonus. The salon itself has a beautiful, spa-like atmosphere, and the shampoo room was especially tranquil. The scalp massage was so relaxing! I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend!

I just had my first visit to this salon and Theresa gave me an amazing haircut that made me feel fantastic. I’ve already booked my next appointment for a color treatment with her. I also brought my husband along, who typically goes to a barber for his cuts. He decided to try a more stylish look, and Theresa did a phenomenal job! If you’re ready for the haircut of your dreams, go see Tracy at Salon Concrete! Tracy is so wonderful and talented that I make the trip to Salon Concrete from her old stomping grounds in Virginia. I don’t know how to describe her talents, Tracy just knows hair and knows how to cut it. I like my hair style to be low effort, to have movement and volume, and to grow out well bc I don’t make it to the salon as often as I’d like. Not asking much right? Lol Tracy delivers it all, and is such a lovely person to be around while she works her hair magic.

The salon itself is a beautiful warm space within a pretty cool building. I’d never been to Bell Works before, it’s worth making the trip, maybe give yourself extra time to have a bite and lounge before or after you visit the salon. Also shout out to Larry, the sweet fashion prince who greeted me when I arrived.
