I was in the store on Saturday at the Clinique counter. I was helped by Kathleen and Fran whom were so helpful, patient and kind. They took their time to find the right shade for me and even gave me samples to take home because the shade of foundation I needed wasn’t in stock. I just wanted to take the time to praise them for the wonderful work they do! Thank you
Alexandria was extremely helpful to me! She helped shade match me (even though I am way darker than her, she understood my complicated undertone). She didn't make me feel bad (unlike the Woodbridge location, yes Jennifer I'm talking about you) for my acne or hyperpigmentation. She spent at least 30 minutes with me recommending the best products for my skin. I cannot thank her enough. She didn't make me feel like a burden or annoying for asking multiple questions about the makeup. I spent over $200 in the store and would gladly again if Alexandria were to help! She also wasn't greedy or money hungry (Woodbridge location is). I will take the drive again just to shop here, I had a pleasant experience. The perfume associates were a little pushy with trying to make me buy a full size bottle of perfume.
I went into the store not knowing where to start on a skincare routine since mine hasn’t been doing the job. This very sweet girl, Sadie helped me pick out everything I needed. She asked me so many questions so I felt like she really took into account my personal needs. I’ve been a barber for 15 years and understand the importance of a great consultation! All the products have been great also so she really knows her stuff. Best location I’ve been to yet.
