Management was very nice. So was the staff, but our waitress didn't come around very often. The other wait staff seemed to check or their tables much more often. One of our party has been here much more often and said that service was as good as usual tonight. Food was good. Large selection.

It’s very unique restaurant inside , the owner has been collecting the dolls for more than two decades .
Food is a bit pricey. Atmosphere is friendly and service is attentive

Not bad and one of the better spots to eat outside of Fort Dix.

BYOB. Food is not bad but not mind-blowing either, and it didn't exactly bring me back to Germany. Strangely enough, the current owners do not seem German... not like that should matter, but it's like going to a Spanish-owned Chinese restaurant. Also strange, but the person who greeted us initially said we needed reservations... as we looked around to a mostly-empty restaurant. Didn't exactly set the greatest first impression.

Very interesting decor though, lots to look at!

Went here with my German boyfriend to try German food for the first time. I really liked it and he agreed that it was delicious and tasted like the food in Germany. The schnitzel and potato soup were my favorite and I would definitely recommend to stop here!

I stopped by this German restaurant on a whim and was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the sausage combo and schnitzel—both were absolutely delicious. The sausages were perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the schnitzel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Everything tasted homemade and authentic.

The atmosphere was just as memorable as the food. The decor is quirky and full of character—definitely not your typical chain restaurant vibe. It had a cozy, rustic feel with lots of little details that make the place feel lived-in and loved.

What really made the experience stand out was the eccentric host. Full of personality, incredibly passionate, and clearly loves what he does. He added a lot of charm to the evening without being overbearing.

Would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something hearty, different, and memorable!
