Selfless Love Yoga is the perfect mix of staying true to the roots of yoga and creative movement to feel empowered, strong, and present. You can tell Lindsay opened this studio because she loves and wants to share yoga intentionally with everyone who walks in the door. It is welcoming, beautiful, and all of the teachers are extremely knowledgable, making each class authentic and approachable. So glad I found this studio!
The space Lindsay has created at Selfless Love Yoga is so special. I joined while I was a few months postpartum and the classes have guided me back to my body, feeling more myself and stronger every class. Now I’m currently in my second pregnancy and continue to attend classes regularly, knowing the studio will be there for me through all stages and changes of my body. The teachings in the beginning of class are an added bonus that always left me feeling lighter and more grounded in my life. I am so happy I found this studio, every class offered is a great way to spend your time. I highly recommend trying a class!

Selfless love has become an essential part of my life. Since I have stepped into this studio I have been able to grow and deepen into my practice spiritually, mentally and emotionally as a teacher and a student. From a beginner to a seasoned yogi this studio has classes for ALL levels!
Lindsay is by far one of the best teachers, boss’s and friends I have ever merged paths with on my journey through life. I am forever grateful for her, this studio and what this community has offered me. It’s beyond what I can put into words.
