I had a great time at Sonoma Bistro. Lunch on a weekday was great as it wasn't too busy. The food was delicious and the service was good. I am happy and will be returning

From the moment my wife and I walked into Sonoma Bistro, we felt the magic in the attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and welcoming.
A special shout-out to our waiter, Pedro Valerio. His service was outstanding polite, gentle, and genuinely attentive. Pedro went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He even prepared a coladita coffee for us, even though it wasn’t on the menu. That gesture shows the pride he takes in customer service. Gracias, amigo.

Sonoma Bistro is truly a gem in Rutherford, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great ambiance, and exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible restaurant! I stopped by Sonoma Bistro around 10:30 AM, and what a way to start the day. The servers were extremely attentive, and the food was beyond amazing — honestly, everything on the menu sounds incredible.

I had the Mexican Chicken Tinga Empanadas and a Steak Sandwich — that sauce is unbeatable, and the bread was perfectly crisp yet soft inside. My guest ordered the Guava Cream Cheese Croissant French Toast, which I happily helped finish (no food goes to waste here!).

I also tried a cocktail called the Garden City — not only was it delicious, but the presentation was out of this world. You can see in the photos I’ve attached how much detail they put into everything.

From the food to the drinks to the service, Sonoma Bistro delivers excellence all around. I can’t wait to go back — a true Rutherford gem!

My husband and I wanted to venture out and try a new place for breakfast. We saw the reviews and pictures and thought this would be a great spot. Thank goodness for reviews, this place did not disappoint. The coffee was spot on and perfect. The waitress was extremely kind and sweet. The food was amazing. I promised my girls to bring them here next time and I think this will be a spot that they would want to repeat with often. I highly recommend the house fries!
