Pros: Police are respectful and polite, even when handing out tickets. The cop who pulled me over even gave me a website I could renew my registration on so my car would not get impounded.
Cons: The website given for registration only works with a renewal form from the DMV (which I didn't have, and not everyone does). Court is during regular business hours and no late hours seem to be available, so you need to miss work if you want to challenge a ticket of you work 9-5. Even though the municipal court voice mail specifies that they are open Monday through Friday, they do not pick up the phones on Tuesday or Thursday (nothing mentioned in the recording about this) . You cannot leave a message either. Its very difficult to get in touch with anyone.
