I just made an unscheduled visit and I must say they were fantastic! Ebony at the front desk understood my dilemma with the purchase of my new car. She helped with my registration and immediately took me over to Rose (window 7). Rose immediately input my information and printed out the correct registration. We started talking about my shirt and it was wonderful conversation. Wanda at window 8, she was also very helpful and kind. I give them a 10 out of 10! Thanks ladies!

Inside, the staff was incredibly organized and focused. They were on their toes, quickly directing customers and checking documents to ensure everything was in order, which prevented long, frustrating waits. This agency is a stark contrast to other offices where staff often seem disorganized and disengaged. The only minor hiccup was one employee who had a condescending manner, but even she worked quickly and efficiently once we were at her window.
Thanks to the manager's leadership, what could have been an all-day ordeal was completed in just 15 minutes. This team sets the standard for how a public service office should be run.
Open online to make an appointment and they had same-day appointments available. This place was super available to access although it was a 45-minute drive for me but I needed my license plates today and they were available. When I went in they were super friendly and my number was called within 5 minutes. I was even able to conduct several transactions within one visit.
What else is crazy is that there isn't even an armed officer or a security guard.
If you want to avoid people with bad attitudes then you should take a little drive, enjoy the scenery and enjoy the peace and quiet of getting your transactions done.
