I wonder why there’s so much negative reviews about this therapy institute!!! This place is a complete bae to me. And my therapist Stephanie is an Angel to me. She takes care of my back with proper kindness, patience, and perfection. I also take therapy from other physiotherapists from here, and they were superb too! I found the receptionists pretty good also. May be the previous ones that the people are talking about are changed now. I recommend this physio institute highly.
Had a great PT experience but echoing others who have reviewed here, I’ve never encountered a worst front office staff in my life. This needs to be corrected and quickly, otherwise I can see this company going out of business..
I agree completely with the other two reviews. The physical therapist I had was truly superb: knowledgeable, highly skilled, friendly, considerate, and kind. The front office staff were the absolute worst I have ever encountered in any medical office anywhere. It was not just bad customer service, it was atrocious, truly horrendous. Most firms would immediately fire such terrible receptionist, and after all, they are the first interaction the patient has with the PT practice. They give the entire place a bad reputation even though the physical therapists themselves are excellent. Whoever manages this places needs a wake-up call to get receptionists who are kind, friendly, and helpful.
Actual Therapy staff is cool , polite and professional! The office staff is disrespectful, ignorant and unprofessional! They take it personal if you have to cancel or if your 3min late in a blue moon. They treat you like they don’t need your business and your bothering them from playing on their phones or internet. Place can be much better if they fire the whole office staff and refresh it with people that want to acquire business with respect!
We went there for my wife's physical therapy. We went there first to check out the place and see if we want to start therapy there. The staffs are busy and just in generally feel very cold. Like they don't care or want our business. So we went somewhere else.
