I'm very, very glad to have found Hector's Steam Solutions cleaning company after having a particularly bad experience with a prior steam service that permanently/thoroughly damaged a sofa and refused to do anything about it. That review is also in my profile. Hector is very friendly, efficient and thorough in his work, and very reasonably priced for the quality of the service. I will look no further for all of my steam-cleaning needs which are at least once annually for all carpets and area rugs and am always glad when I come across a great business that deserves recommendations in the area. This company arrived on time, I have four rooms, long hallway and a foyer. I had spilled some hot oil on my beige carpet maybe two years ago and Hector got most of the oil stain up on first try. And will continue to work on it until it's completely gone.
They have a customer for as long as I have carpeted floors. Thank Charles and Hector for a job well done.

I recently had Steam Solutions come out to clean my stair runners and landing area, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hector was professional, friendly, and very thorough with his work. The carpet had some tough stains from heavy foot traffic, but after his steam cleaning, it looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again.

Outstanding service! My basement carpet is only about three years old but had noticeable wear from foot traffic. After the cleaning, it looks brand new! The stairs, which showed the most wear, came out noticeably clean, and all other areas look fantastic too. Mr. Hector Fiallos was knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I’ve used Stanley Steemer before, but this company did a far better job. I’m overly impressed and highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed! Steam Solutions NJ is worth the investment!!
