Great gym. I stared coming around 3 months ago for boxing with no prior experience and ive learn a lot. Coach Nestor is very knowledgeable and his classes are fun. Staff and students are all very welcoming as well.
Fantastic coaches and a great environment. They’re patient, skilled, and know how to motivate kids while keeping things fun. My son trains in both striking and BJJ, and he loves it. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for quality instruction.
Strategic Academy is an amazing environment to train in. Coach John is the nicest dude and an incredible teacher in the morning kickboxing classes — super knowledgeable and always pushes you the right way. Coach Ness’ night class really pushes you, gives you incredible cardio, and teaches great techniques every session. The atmosphere is always positive, the people are great, and I’ve already learned so much since joining. Highly recommend!
Trained BJJ and then some boxing with instructor Darrvi Calotes. The BJJ class was thoughtfully structured so that each drill logically progressed from the prior one, and the challenge level of each technique also increased gradually. I think you learn and retain better that way. Very good fundamentals class!
