Bought a new cap for my 2022 Tundra. The folks were so helpful when I ordered it and paid over the phone, explaining things to me. They pointed out features I overlooked that I ended up wanting, and they included the felt interior coating free. The installation was a breeze, it was super fast, and they took off my old cover and organized all the parts for me so that I can sell the old cover.
I can’t begin to express how satisfied I was with suburban caps. They were only shop out of the 20 that I reached out to that said they could get my cab installed in the time frame I needed it by. I was skeptical because everyone else said it would be 6-8 weeks just to receive the cap. Sure enough suburban caps did not disappoint and got my cap installed in 3 weeks. Very nice experience dealing with the Old Bridge branch. They first put a cover on my bed and didn't like the way it fit. So they gave me a full refund. They told me when another brand was available they would call me , they did. They installed the bed cover and I'm very happy with it. Honest people, rare to see. Thanks again
I drove over from NY to get a cap for my work truck. My Bak-Flip cover finally wore out. I ordered an ARE cap with a lockable Yakima rack. The cap matched my truck color perfectly and I'm happy with the quality of the components. Owners were a breeze to deal with and I definitely would recommend this business. New picture of the interior showing slide & tilt down front window (so I can push molding through to the cab) and a free carpet upgrade.
