Dr. Helen is very experienced and kind, now I understand why their schedule is busy because every patient get a top notch care, keep up the good work.

i came into the office of Dr. Simigiannis as she happened to be the on call Doctor when my doctor wasn’t available. it was a pretty minor issue so i didn’t expect much out of it but i was truly in for a ride of emotions! i did have to wait quite a while before getting called back but knowing what i know now, the wait is so worth it and i’d be happy to wait again lol. the front desk girls are seriously so sweet. as a front desk worker in the medical field myself, i know the stress and tedious work you take on day to day but they handle it with such grace. they’re kind, understanding, patient and happy to help. The woman that took me to the room to take my vitals was so kind as well and had a really great sense of humor! Dr. Simigiannis.. WOW. i went in to possibly get a stronger dose of my current medication and grazed over a couple of other things she immediately took interest in and wanted to talk more about. after explaining my situation, she gave an amazing breakdown of my problem in a way that was so easy to understand as a patient. she made me feel aware of the potential severity of my situation, but also made me feel very secure because she had a solid solution to it. she seems like an incredible doctor and i am just so grateful for squeezing me in the same day and helping me as much as they did!! thank you guys for easing my nerves and taking me in!!!

My overall experience was great. The nurse was great, she was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming. Doctor Helen is awesome! She always takes the time to ask & answer questions, listen and addressed any concerns that I had. My overall experience was a good. I started going there based on a recommendation and I’m glad that I did. For those that may not have had a good first time experience, I would just suggest that you give it another try, if it was based on the front office staff. We all can have a bad day or two. Overall I am a satisfied customer!
