Sun Pools

Purchased a Jacuzzi Model J-225 and we absolutely love it so far.
Sun Pools was terrific with getting it installed and set up for us. They threw in steps and a premium cover lift that we couldn’t be happier with. Originally I was considering saving some $ and purchasing from Costco but now that I see what is involved I’m very happy I went with a local dealer who can assist with questions and offer service when we need it.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Sun Pools, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The tub was delivered just a week after my purchase, and the team came to my home to walk me through everything—from setting up the tub to maintaining the proper chemical balance. Gabriel Murillo was Phenomenal from start to finish. I started looking for a hot tub over 2 years ago and had to put the project on hold. Both times he spent over an hour with me going over all of the options to find what would be best for myself and my family. He was very informative not only on his product but on competing products as well. He has been responsive by phone call or text not only prior to the purchase but after as well. He even walked my electrician through parts of the install over the phone. He then came to my home personally to go over the orientation with me. I would highly recommend dealing with him personally if you are in the market for a hot tub.
