From the first phone call this company was excellent with their company service. They responded promptly and their employee, Tom Bender was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He had to make a return visit to fix my problem because he didn't have the required tool but again was very efficient and their prices were very fair. When my service contract runs out with my current heating and AC company I will be switching to Surfside! Mechanical.
Mike responded immediately when I called. The (well-known brand) boiler of my hot-water baseboard heating system had failed only 3.5 years after he installed it in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy flooding. He convinced manufacturer to give me a replacement boiler, and my only cost was labor. Then Mike located the identical boiler model at a supplier and quickly installed it before a cold wave arrived on a Saturday. Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, very professional service! I highly recommend Surfside!
