Sushi A&C (Formerly Sushi and Go)

12/23/25: We went here again and found a nice crowd of people have also discovered this hidden gem for fresh sushi and oriental food. A new standby for awesomely made sushi. We both had special rolls, of which they make many. All were so good! (See pictures below). I find the prices to be very good and the quality fresh, and well made. You really need to try it. This is a BYOB restaurant so bring your bottle of wine or beer and enjoy your dining experience.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
For all you sushi lovers out there.....this is a great one! I'm from out if town visiting and we went here. We did make a reservation but it's really not necessary. The lady that greeted us and waited on us was super nice and friendly! Just the right amount of attention and she alone made for a great visit from that aspect.
The Food: my son had the sashimi plater with a side of avocado. He said it was all fresh and a good amount. I had various rolls after I started with the spicy seaweed salad. It had just the correct amount of aoli spicy sauce.... not too spicy... & just right. And, soooo fresh, plus it was a good sized salad.
I had some eel nagiri and tamago nagiri along with a couple of rolls. I added a delicious California roll, too.
Prices: super right! Not expensive, at all. This is not a break the bank place with pricing that beats all the others locally.
My son and his wife and my grandson will be going here from now on he said. I look forward to going here again when in-state visiting.
Folks, I highly recommend trying this excellent restaurant. I'm am sure that you'll enjoy it as it checks off all the boxes and the sushi is very fresh and well made.

I tried this spot based on its proximity to a place my wife was ordering from and the high rating I saw when I looked it up. I must say the rating is justified. I order the House king roll and the Dynamite roll. I was very pleased with both. Awesome flavor, very fresh, friendly service. I will definitely pay them a visit the next time I am in Jersey.

My experience at Sushi A&C was amazing. We were instantly greeted and sat. We ordered the dragon balls for our appetizer and they were absolutely outstanding and scrumptious. 10/10. We also ordered few rolls and they were extremely fresh and delicious. The service was amazing and everyone was very sweet. I will be back!

Very good quality and prices are SO reasonable. They have so many classic and special rolls as well as Bento and Poke. We will be back!

What a great little sushi find! We stopped in a little after noon on Saturday looking for sushi that wouldn't break the bank! The lady there was super friendly and sweet. We ordered a spicy miso soup, 2 different special rolls and 2 spicy seaweed salads. Yum indeed, portion size was good too. Will definitely be back!
