The nurses and aides are good. The Dr. Is a little slow with filling prescriptions so recommend adding your regular Dr. As the one Dr you go to for everything else. The head management at swan sucks they don't know the difference between a young cancer patient whose dying and the elderly. They will release you the minute they don't see any decline in health period. The aides, nurses and social worker are the only good people there. They discuss the patients care or lack of non care in the future without discussing it with the patient or their representative present. I find that very unprofessional as I used to work in the healthcare field and social work field. That is very unperson centered management of the care of the patient.

I want to thank Sandra, an Aide from Swan Hospice, for the care and attention given to my loved one. People like Sandra are rare and hard to come by and I will be forever grateful to Sandra caring for him as if he were her own family member!
Swan really eased us through this difficult time. Beth was a fabulous nurse and treated my grandpa like family . I cant thank them enough for the care they gave, and I highly recommend .
