Great spot to sit, relax and enjoy a bite to eat after hiking Stairway to Heaven. Delicious hot dog and baked potato.

Under new ownership, this hot dog stand is in a wonderful spot across the street from Heaven Hill Farm and along the Adirondack Trail, offering a respite from hiking, pumpkin picking, and whatever corn maze adventure you may have undertaken.
The proprietor is a daughter of Bensonhurst, and her offerings go well beyond the foundation of hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard. The menu lists a deliciously creative variety of stadium steak epicurean delights.
Whether you enjoy the beautiful simplicity of a basic hot dog or go for the hot dog cloaked by a hot sausage topped with onions or kimchi and or the homemade barbecue sauce, or any of the many options in between, you will be sure to find something to your satisfy your Jones for a frank. I opted for a Roadside Dog and a baked potato with chili cheese and onion.
As an aficionado of Frankfurter haute cuisine, I concluded my meal with a dessert, dirty water dog with sauerkraut and mustard. I paired it with a nice, cold Yoo-Hoo.
The bucolic surroundings notwithstanding, I closed my eyes (and ears) and felt like I was in the New York of my youth.
Far more interesting than than its predecessor, T-Dawgs will see me again, and again, and again.

Lovely little bit dog stand in the country by Rte 94 right on the Appalachian Trail. There's even a couple of picnic tables.

The best hod dogs! Very different. She makes home made toppings. Too bad we live too far away I would eat those hot dogs everyday!
