Holiday décor and the atmosphere are always on point. It’s a great family-owned restaurant with solid specials and really good drinks. It’s never too loud, and the staff is always warm and welcoming.

I had the Tavern 5 burger and it was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for lunch and everything hit the mark. I had the Fig Salad special... spring mix, fresh figs, crumbled goat cheese, candied walnuts, and balsamic dressing and the ingredient balance was spot on. The figs were perfectly fresh, and with added protein this is a legit stand-alone meal. I also tried the Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger (portobello mushrooms, Swiss, truffle mushroom aioli, served with truffle fries). It was cooked exactly to my preference, with quality ingredients and great flavor in every bite.

Service was excellent. Nina was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging with her guests... the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Highly recommend stopping by Tavern 5 if you’re nearby or local. Solid food, thoughtful prep, and standout hospitality.

Fanatic local restaurant. Fabulous food and service. Great ambiance and a fantastic area outside to eat or have drinks. Owner came by to see if we were having the perfect dinning experience (which we were). You can really tell it’s family owned and locally operated.

The shrimp appetizer was spot-on, loaded with the extra garlic we requested. The crustini paired perfectly with the garlic butter. The chicken sandwich was crisp and flavorful, with fresh vegetables and just enough salty bacon to round it out. The flatbread was crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and ideal for soaking up leftover garlic butter from the shrimp. The eggplant was thin and crispy, balancing beautifully with the creamy ricotta and fresh tomatoes. Our server, Liam, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations--overall delivering outstanding service.

Nice looking place & waitress was very kind but the food is terrible. 100% frozen burgers & chicken, the other reviews are right: the bread was also stale & so were the chips. We’re actually disappointed
