The Ballroom Dance House

We contacted The Ballroom Dance House after we were referred by a couple of friends that had recently gotten married. We had loved their first dance and were looking to have choreographed dances at our own wedding. After our first lesson with Ksusha and Ivan we were totally hooked! Ksusha helped us to choreograph not one but TWO dances for our wedding, one American and one Egyptian. Our guests are still RAVING over our choreography and polish. We can't wait to come back to take some more classes! This place feels like a little family and you're sure to love it!

I’ve been taking Argentine Tango lessons for 3 months now and my experience has been wonderful! I also tried group classes, I took lessons of other dance styles and I also participated to their events. The level of the instructors is EXCEPTIONAL, not to mention the kindness and patience of everyone.

I took lessons at TBDH with my (now) husband to prepare for our first dance and with my dad for the father-daughter dance. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the first class, we were so warmly welcomed. At first, we had no idea how we’d remember choreography for an entire song but we were taught well and we totally pulled it off! Performing it at the wedding was honestly exhilarating.

We learned from Ilya, who was a wonderful instructor and friend, and Mia was always so kind and happy to help. The studio itself is super clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Ilya, Mia and the TBDH are amazing in every way! We got a wedding dance package for our first dance and loved every minute of our time practicing with them! They are so talented and helpful! My husband and I initially needed to find a dancing academy to help us create our wedding first dance choreography, we called numerous schools, one of the schools that caught our attention was the ballroom dance house. We loved the way the reception greeted us on the phone, very informative, and her energy was infectious, she gave us an appointment after explaining how the school worked, packages, individual or group classes, anything you wanted to know she was able to answer to, then got to our first class, met the person we spoke on the phone, lovely Mia, awesome and kind person, we met the instructors , all beautiful professionals teaching other students, they all greeted us and made us feel very comfortable, our instructor was illa, very polite, nice and over the top with his teaching and dancing techniques , taught us with grace and respect, we have nothing but gratitude towards this school, by the way they do their best to accommodate you around your schedule, they even do early classes on weekends , they are all terrific and very affectionate, we loved every second of our classes, we did our two choreographies in our wedding, thanks to illa.
