Last week I worked alongside Zoe as she assisted me in my car purchase. This was my first time purchasing a car and I was doing it all in my own therefore I anticipated it to be an extremely stressful process. That would have been true if it wasn’t for Zoe, she was so present and informative throughout the whole process. We had a few bumps in the road and she always reassured me and helped find solutions. I am so grateful for all her help and for her kindness in keeping my mother company while I dealt with other logistics in the process. Stellar service, definitely the kind of person you want helping you out in a big purchase like this !!
Zoe was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish, Knowledgeable down to earth, she understood the aesthetic things an 18 year-old girl wanted in a first car as well as the safety her parents were looking for ! Would 100% recommend to anyone buying a car, especially a female. we have not one issue with ZOE or Sansone Auto Mall from start to finish.
Zoe was wonderful to work with and helped us secure the brand new 2026 palisades (first one in NJ)! We brought our newborn baby and I was worried about the stress of the car dealership experience, but Zoe was extremely accommodating, warm and calm throughout the process which really helped. She maintained a smile the entire time which made the experience a very positive one! We love our new car and couldn’t recommend Zoe enough!
