The Circle

This place is .... Amazing!! My wife and I have been frequenting here over the past 2 years. The cocktails are on point.... the food is unbelieve. You must try whatever oyster special they have. Don't be afraid of the chef tasting... it is phenomenal. Seriosuly, some of the best food I've eaten in my life. Try this place!

Our first visit to The Circle, a fine dining restaurant in Newton, was a delightful surprise. Located in a beautiful 300-year-old building, the setting immediately captivated us. The culinary experience was truly exquisite; the dishes, crafted with organic, local farm products, were a testament to the chef's skill and passion. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff, who were attentive and knowledgeable. The highlight of the evening was meeting the chef, who was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. It was a perfect dinner date and a truly memorable experience. Thank you.

It is my first time in New Jersey and am staying in Newton for the weekend! I decided to stop by The Circle. A type of restaurant that is usually above my culinary prowess but went nonetheless. It was absolutely incredible. The staff were all amazing and the food just as amazing! I had a three course meal with dessert at the end. I absolutely highly recommend the duck! It was amazing. If you are in the area definitely stop by The Circle!

I've eaten at some of the fanciest/best restaurants around the world. I never expected to find such a good restaurant in Sussex County, NJ of all places, but the menu is really creative with different flavors. It has just the right balance of being creative without going overboard. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was so delicious from the duck breast, striped bass and bone marrow. The sauce accompanying the duck was a bit on the saltier side however.
Recommend the non-alcoholic mule drink too.
Next time would love to try their 6 course menu.
