Dakota and Misha are amazing - they make dance fun and are so pleasant. My whole family enjoys dance lessons at the Dance Spot. I would recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly without any reservations. 😁

As a Northern NJ resident and yogi and dancer I have known Misha and Dakota for years! I began by taking private lessons with them and have been to their group classes and events as well. They are very experienced teachers and very responsive and professional. They taught me bachata and salsa, how to dance at social events, and then eventually Latin ballroom which I really enjoyed!

The main topics I feel they are great at as dance teachers are: technique, empowerment, choreography, coaching on performing/competing, and conditioning. Wow that’s a lot! 😅 It shows they really know their stuff! I mean, not only would a dancer want to go to their classes because they are national TV show dancers on So You Think You Can Dance; but they are really great human beings who want the best for their students. For those reasons don’t hesitate to take class with them especially anything social and ballroom!

I’ve had the pleasure of taking ballroom lessons with Misha over the last few months and it has been an outstanding experience. Misha is a phenomenal instructor. What sets him apart is his exceptional attention to detail. In every lesson, Misha meticulously breaks down each step, ensuring precision and understanding. He has helped me refine my movements and improve my overall dance quality significantly.
