I didn’t realize how much coaching could help me escalate my communication and reactivity in relationships at work, school and home. They offer so many great options, so if you are just looking to get started, there is something for everyone.I have always had such a rocky relationship with my mom, could be the way I say things or how I say it. Well, Bobby suggested that I tried a new approach with my mom and it really did work. Our relationship has been better, I feel like she sees my efforts as kind gestures. Honestly I didn’t think anything could make our relationship better but Bobby’s coaching really turned that around.
