The Havens is an exceptional and rare Assisted Living facility. In working with the staff and families, I see firsthand that the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive — from Randy, the Executive Director, to Tara in Admissions, who makes the transition seamless and helps everyone adjust with care and professionalism, and Karen in Billing, extending to all staff members. It’s a wonderful place for your loved one to live, and they provide exceptional care with warmth and compassion.

Tara Bonelli has been an absolute godsend to my clients. Her compassion, dedication, and genuine passion for helping others truly sets her apart. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of care and a positive, supportive experience. It’s clear that Tara truly cares about the well-being of the residents and their families. I cannot recommend her—and the assisted living community she represents—highly enough.

I have updated my previous rating of this facility from 3 to 5 stars. I had some concerns with availability of nursing care and maintenance services after visiting hours. After a very detailed conversation with the administrator, who addressed my concerns and clearly explained the facility’s protocol, I was pleasantly corrected regarding the 2 issues mentioned above. The administrator assured me that there are, indeed, nurse services around the clock, and if a maintenance issue does arise after hours, an employee is called immediately to tend to the problem. I feel quite satisfied knowing that our loved one is in good hands and apologize to the management for any misunderstanding on my part. The Havens is a very nice facility for people who need assisted living services. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this facility very highly.

This is a wonderful assisted living facility that is taking great care of my sister. The staff is what makes it, all so conscientious in their work. The activities director provides fun and stimulus and caring. The nurses care and are conscientious and attentive to detail. All the staff, from housekeeping to kitchen to maintenance are cheerful and attentive to their duties. The director of the facility is well educated in her field and sets the high standards there that everyone follows. I highly recommend The Havens.
